Biografia
Sono cresciuta a Ynys Mȏn, l'isola di Anglesey, e parlo correntemente il gallese come prima lingua. Condivido con passione l'amore per la mia terra d'origine con i visitatori e con coloro che hanno un interesse specifico per la storia della regione, in particolare per la storia dell'arte e dell'architettura. Oltre a essere una guida ufficiale North Wales Green Badge, lavoro anche come storico dell'arte presso l'Università di Liverpool e nel Visitor Experience Team di TATE Liverpool. Mi interesso in particolare di come il paesaggio del Galles settentrionale abbia ispirato e influenzato generazioni di artisti dalla metà del XVIII secolo a oggi. Oltre a fare da guida, tengo conferenze e discorsi a gruppi di associazioni artistiche, sono una docente accreditata e scrivo su una varietà di argomenti nel mondo dell'arte. Uno dei miei tour specifici considera come il paesaggio del Galles settentrionale sia stato determinante nello sviluppo della percezione unica di JMW Turner e del senso di sentimento romantico nei suoi dipinti.
