Biografía
Me crié en Ynys Mȏn, la isla de Anglesey, y hablo galés con fluidez. Me apasiona compartir mi amor por mi tierra natal con los visitantes y con aquellos que tienen un interés específico en la historia de la región, especialmente en su historia artística y arquitectónica. Además de ser Guía Oficial de la Insignia Verde del Norte de Gales, también trabajo como historiadora del arte en la Universidad de Liverpool y en el equipo de visitantes de TATE Liverpool. Me interesa especialmente cómo el paisaje del norte de Gales ha inspirado e influido en generaciones de artistas desde mediados del siglo XVIII hasta nuestros días. Además de guiar, doy conferencias y charlas a grupos de la Art Society, soy conferenciante acreditada y escribo sobre diversos temas del mundo del arte. Uno de mis recorridos específicos analiza cómo el paisaje del norte de Gales fue decisivo para desarrollar la percepción única de JMW Turner y el sentido del sentimiento romántico en sus cuadros.
