Travel through the Rhondda valleys and hear fascinating tales of the local communities that shaped these Valleys and the coal producing giants. Travel over a mountain pass and stop briefly for breathtaking views over the Rhondda, where nature is now reclaiming the land once dominated by King Coal. Move through the Valley and head to the port of Swansea for free time for lunch or ma be pop in to the National Waterfront Museum at Swansea (entry free of charge). After lunch head back towards Cardiff via the Vale of Glamorgan.
