How to Become a Wales Official Tourist Guide

Membership of Wales Official Tourist Guides Association (WOTGA) is open to all who have successfully completed a 'Wales based' professional tourist guiding course that has been recognised by Welsh Government.  WOTGA courses are modular and provide the opportunity to progress from White Badge (Local Guide) to Green Badge (Area Guide) to Blue Badge (National Guide) level.  Courses are organised by WOTGA's social enterprise arm, Wales Best Guides Enterprises.  Courses are organised by WOTGA's social enterprise arm, Wales Best Guides Enterprises.

We are currently focussing on training more Single Site and local Walking Tour White Badge guides in our communities and are interested in talking to those involved with local tourism developments.
