Biography
Neil has worked in North Wales for over 30 years as an archaeologist and Heritage professional. His work on the royal palaces or Llysoedd of the princes of Gwynedd was a career highlight. He excavated Llys Rhosyr in Anglesey.; (Llys Llywelyn) which has been built as it would have been in the mid thirteenth century at St Fagans Amgueddfa Cymru. He was closely involved with the development of the Copper kingdom visitor centre in Amlwch, Anglesey Neil is a natural communicator, with a broad knowledge of Wales’s culture.. He is a fluent Welsh speaker. His other interests are food and wine. He has fed numerous north American guests at his home in Caernarfon and is the coordinator for a North American travel company looking for local experiences, He is also a Tour Leader for tours of Wales.
