I have lived and worked in north Wales for over 30 years as an archaeologist and heritage professional. While working as a young archaeologist I was fortunate to be able to discover and excavate two of the royal palaces or Llysoedd of medieval Gwynedd. This was a significant contribution to the study of Wales's history. One of the sites has been recreated in Amgueddfa Cymru, the National Museum of Wales.  I was also closely involved with the development of the Copper kingdom visitor centre in Amlwch, and numerous other projects to conserve castles and churches.

I am gifted natural communicator with a broad knowledge of Wales's culture. A fluent Welsh speaker. I have worked for the UK premium cultural tourism companies. My other interests include food and wine and over the last few years, I have enjoyed feeding and entertaining numerous Americans visiting Wales.

As a tour guide my aim is to ensure you have a memorable experience with an entertaining but informed tour guide.
