Tales of the River Bank

"Tales of the River Bank" is a walk along the Elwy River at St Asaph. Discover the meandering river taking in the wildlife of the river and banks;  listen to the legends of this ancient city and the heroes that make it extraordinary. 

​How to get there

Travelling by car; take the St Asaph turning off the A55 heading for the main centre of the city, 500 yards on the left turn just by The Plough public house, and park at the rear of the Library or at the Plough Inn (refreshments available).

If travelling by public transport; take either the 51 or X52 to/from Rhyl to Denbigh. Alight at the Plough Inn.

Bring water proofs and suitable walking foot ware.

Suitable for all the family (children must be accompanied by an adult). Dogs welcome, although not allowed in Cathedral grounds.

Tickets £4 per adult, children under 15 free
