Biography

 

Hello my name is Olga Romano. I am an official tourist guide ( Blue Badge tourist guide) for London and Wales  in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Russian.
I am also a qualified teacher of English and Spanish as foreign languages.

I teach those languages online and face to face to a range of students pre-school to adult learners.

I moved to London in 2003, where I got married and now live with my husband Peter and daughter 17yo.

In 2006 I qualified to be a tourist guide for London where I now guide in the above languages.
In 2007  I qualified as a tourist guide for Salisbury Cathedral

In 2011 I qualified as an official tourist guide for London 2012 Olympic Sites

In 2012 I qualified as a tourist guide for Canterbury Cathedral and UK Parliament.

In 2023 I qualified as an official tour guide for another wonderful area Wales! I share my passion for Wales and Welsh language with my tourists.

I love working with children and young people as well as over 60’s groups to share my passion for art and London’s history. I have a keen interest in Medieval English and European history that I willingly share with my customers.

Coastline

Wales is nature so I am going to show you this site as well. Brecon Beacons park lays in the vicinity of Cardiff. We could also visit the North of the Country to see charming works of the Montains and coast of the Irish Sea

Religion

I love religious tours and I am ready to show you the spiritual side of Wales! I take particular interest in Jewish heritage and I would like to show you this side of Wales too!
