Originally from Spain, I have made the UK my home for more than 20 years and I’m a qualified Wales Blue Badge Guide as well as a London Blue Badge Guide. I guide in both English and Spanish.
I genuinely love meeting people and showing them the places I have grown to know and love. My style is friendly, relaxed and enthusiastic: I enjoy bringing history to life through stories, characters and the unexpected details that you might otherwise walk straight past. I want my guests to feel that they are exploring Wales with someone who knows the country, rather than simply being taken from one sight to another.
Wales has so much to discover – magnificent castles, beautiful mountains and coastlines, fascinating industrial heritage, ancient legends, charming towns and villages, and a culture with a very strong sense of identity. I particularly enjoy adapting my tours to the people I am with, whether you are passionate about history and architecture or simply want to experience the best of Wales at an enjoyable pace.
Outside guiding, my interests include photography, art, music, travelling and storytelling. I am also a professional photographer, so I tend to notice the viewpoints and little details that make places special – and I’m always happy to help you capture some lovely memories of your visit.
Whether this is your first encounter with Wales or you are returning to explore it more deeply, I would be delighted to share it with you and create a day that feels personal, engaging and memorable.

History and Prehistory
I’m fascinated by the way Wales’ history can be read through its landscapes, castles, churches and cathedrals. I particularly enjoy exploring medieval history, historic buildings and the stories of the people who lived in them, but I’m equally drawn to Wales’ ancient past, dramatic coastline and wild landscapes. For me, the most interesting places are those where history, landscape and local tradition all come together.
