I am a Wales Official Blue Badge Tour Guide and Driver Guide from the Isle of Anglesey, Wales. I am a a first language Welsh speaker.
I offer tours be it by Private Vehicle, Public transportation or Walking to facilitate access to locations over a single day or multiple days. Some tour suggestions.
Expereince spectacular scenery and share the History, Stories, and Experience what Anglesey and North Wales has to offer. We will probably hear Welsh spoken.and be able to understand what the welsh words and names mean, Learn of the Myths and Legends associated with Cymru (Wales in Welsh) .
You really can’t be more of a local tour guide than me with my history of family ties with the Island of Anglesey going back many generations. Find the places the normal tourist cant find.
I provide an authentic immersion into our community and welsh culture. Tours can be customized and themed to the travelers requirements, e. g. start/end locations, ancestry searches, ancient sites, religious sites, food , music, areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, duration etc.

Castles
In North Wales we are endowed with abundance of Castles the most well known being those associated with the English invasion in the 13th Century. However there are may earlier "Castles" from early Celtic, Viking, Medieval and Romansque. Many of the "Castles " or there remains have associations with the Myths and Legends of Wales. Perhaps we could visit some.
Tours of the UNESCO Castles of King Edward 1 of England are offered as well as the Castles of the Welsh Princes and the Neolithic sites of ancient peoples.

Churches Chapels and Cathedrals
Anglesey and North Wales has hundreds of Churches which date from the beginning of Christianity in the British Isles. Many are in Spectacular Locations which i can take to see/ Some have very interesting relics and stories associated with them. For example a relic of Welsh Royalty and maybe the resting place of the Holy Grail ?
Tours of Anglesey , Gwynedd and North Wales are offered which include visits to iconic Churches and Cathedral's as well as others off the beaten track.

I have played Golf all over the world for more than 50 years having attained Category 1 status off 3 handicap at one time and played for Anglesey County. Coastline
North Wales is endowed with over 400 miles of spectacular Coastline set on the shores of the Irish Sea. The entire coast is circumnavigated by a public coastal path which passes through many areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Countryside
The combination of stunning seascapes framed by some of the highest mountains in the British Isles makes a sight to behold at anytime of year. Visit Eryri (Previously Snowdonia) National park and Experience truly being in the wilderness of Wales. Perhaps we can visit a sheep or cattle farm but definately some of the quaint Welsh villages along the way and sample some of the fayre offered at any of the mant fine taverns in North Wales.

Industrial Heritage
North Wales has a wealth of industrial heritage. We have Neolithic quarries and architecture in the form of ancirnt copper , coal mines and of course the UNESCO world Hefitage Slate industry of North Wales. We also have the Llangollen Canal and another UNESCO World heritage site at Pontcysyllte Aquaduct known as the stream in the sky. At Holyhead we have a wealth of Martime Heritage highlighted by the great victorian breakwater and the South Stack light house and of course the famous Menai Bridges built in the 18th Century.

Geography and Geology
North Wales has it all. Ecologically important marine sites, stunning coastal features such as stacks, arches, cliffs fens, coves, sweeping and sandy bays, High mountains, lakes and fabulous waterfalls. My home Anglesey is a designated UNESCO geo park and boasts some unique geological features which include marble rock, rock folds,igneous dykes granite mountains and micro corals.

Gardens and Stately Homes
North Wales arguably finest horticultural garden is Bodnant, a National Trust property set in the Conwy Valley near the Victorian resort town of Llandudno. Stately homes which be be visited include Chirk Castle, Penrhyn Castle near Bangor and Plas Newydd on Anglesey. Also visit Plas Mawr in the centre of the medieval walled town of Conwy.

Best of Wales - general interest tours
Maybe you want to take part on an activity or experience which North Wales has plenty of. A few that might be attractive are mentioned below.
Ride a steam train - we have the Ffestiniog railway through the mountains of Eryri or if you want you go to the top thers the Snowden Moutain Railway and numerous other rail rides.
