Training

In June 2020 I gained my European qualification via FEG (the Fedration of European Tourist Guide Associations) to offer training to tourist guides and others in the tourism industry across Europe including the United Kingdom.  I offer training in the following areas:

• Body Language and non verbal communication skills
• Voice care
• Nervousness and how to overcome it
• Group management
• Fielding questions or complaints from challenging customers

I have my own projector, laptop and screen and can offer training for a couple of hours up to a full day or weekend and the main aim of the training is learning in a fun way!
